If there’s something Kate’s is known for, it’s the Boom! Chocolaco (Previously known as the Choco Taco).

In 2022, the shop had the grand idea to re-create the Klondike choco taco after it was discontinued. The only difference is we made it 100% plant-based and gluten-free. As it turns out, y’all loved it! Since then, we bring them back twice a year for a limited time. Our record for the most sold has been 1,261 in four days!

As Kate’s has grown, we are moving away from brand names and one of our scoopers suggested Boom! Chocolaco to be our new standout name for this beloved treat.
