Straightaway Cocktails

In 2021, we worked with our friends at Straightaway Cocktails to create Mezcal Margarita ice cream! This featured their classic Margarita recipe which people loved. Then, in 2022 we made Pina Colada, and in 2023, we collabed with Straightaway again to create a Lintik flavor (featuring their Lintik!) for them to serve in their tasting room!

Ground Up PDX

For Women’s History Month in 2022, we teamed up with our friends over at Ground Up PDX to make an almond & cashew butter intermixed with chunks of Kate’s homemade gluten-free waffle cones! This delicious nut butter has proven to be a fan-favorite, and has been re-launched multiple times throughout the years! We’ve also made a Snickerdoodle Cookie Cone ice cream flavor with them to satisfy all your cone cravings.

Kamp Grizzly

In 2022, Kate’s Ice Cream worked with the independent agency Kamp Grizzly to create a custom flavor: Pineapple Strawberry Swirl with Tajín. A Kamp Grizzly “Love Tax” went directly back to the local community with each purchase. We loved this “Scoop of Love” collab and are so proud we helped benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland and Airway Science for Kids!

Moberi

In September of 2023, Kate’s collabed with Moberi to make a limited edition milkshake! This treat was a delicious mixture of acai, fresh strawberries, oat milk, yummy coco whip, and Kate’s very own vanilla ice cream. It was available for one day at Moberi’s Hawthorne and Mississippi locations. We’re so glad you all liked it!
