Ground Up
we teamed up with Ground Up PDX to make an almond & cashew butter intermixed with chunks of Kate's homemade gluten-free waffle cones! This delicious nut butter has proven to be a fan-favorite, and has been re-launched multiple times throughout the years — including again in 2026! We've also made a Snickerdoodle Cookie ice cream flavor.
Plant Based Papi
In Summer of 2025, Kate's linked up with jewan of Plant Based Papi to create an elote-inspired sweet corn ice cream with sweet cotija and a homemade date chamoy.
Hopscotch
In April of 2024, we linked up with Hopscotch for a signature flavor called Hopscotch Rice Krispy Treats! A cotton candy ice cream with house made electric blue Rice Krispy Treats and white chocolate freckle.
Smith teamaker
In 2026, Kate's collabed with our friends at Smith Teamaker, to create london fog and shortbread cookie with apricot jam. the flavor was such a hit, it is now in pdx airport all summer inside smith teamaker’s tasting room.
Puff Coffee
In January of 2025, Kate's collabed with Puff Coffee to create an affogato in a limited-edition mug
Burgerville
The Oregon-owned fast food chain has utilized our gluten-free waffle cones and walnut-oat streusel to create a variety of milkshakes and sundaes. With flavors ranging from Waffle Cone Milkshake to Apple Crumble Sundaes, make sure to keep an eye out for these delicious creations!
New Seasons Market
Three times a year, Kate's partners with New Seasons Market to launch new flavors exclusively for their shelves.
Portland Pickles
In June of 2025, Kate's collabed with the Portland Pickles to create a Cracker Jack ice cream — a caramel-coated popcorn and peanut flavor inspired by the iconic ballpark snack. We had the best time launching this one with Dillon T. Pickle himself!
Daydreamer
In late 2024, Kate's teamed up with Laura, founder of Daydreamer apparel in LA, to launch our very first merch drop! crafted in Los Angeles, Daydreamer's entire operation happens within a 20-mile radius of their HQ. Their commitment to quality, handcrafted products is exactly what we love at Kate's.
Mike Bennett
In October of 2025, Kate's collabed with Portland artist Mike Bennett to create Ottie's Oreo — inspired by Mike's beloved sea otter character, Ottie. We launched the flavor at Mike's art exhibit, The Portland Aquarium, and are so proud that this collab helped raise funds and awareness for the Elakha Alliance, a non-profit dedicated to bringing sea otters back to the Oregon coast.
Van Gogh
In January of 2025, Kate's created a special flavor to celebrate Beyond Van Gogh and Beyond Monet: The Immersive Experiences here in Portland. Inspired by Van Gogh's iconic painting, Starry Night features a white maple cinnamon ice cream swirled with rich blue vanilla "brush strokes," golden honeycomb "stars," and a "swirly sky" chocolate syrup drizzle.
Brew Dr. Kombucha
In August of 2024, Kate’s collabed with Brew Dr. Kombucha. This healthy treat combined three Brew Dr. flavors, Cherry Limeade, Orange Oasis, and Strawberry Fields, with Kate’s Your Favorite Vanilla, Orange Creamsicle, and Strawberry Ice Cream to make the most delicious floats.
